The Sierra Nevada Club Card, issued on behalf of the people of the Sierra Nevada Club, is the support of the Ski pass, customized with your data and photograph, that identifies you as the owner of the Sierra Nevada Club program.

You can be registered with the Sierra Nevada Club, but your card will not be printed until you have made the first top-up (purchase).

How far in advance should you recharge?

1st recharge: at least 24 hours before the use of the Ski Pass.

Once you have the card: You can recharge minutes before accessing tracks.

** Administrative holders and beneficiary holders: The card is personal and non-transferable, so that its user will be the only beneficiary holder of the same for use and enjoyment. However, minors will be beneficiary holders but not administrative holders, responsibility that will fall to their parents or guardians, adults, in charge of managing, recharging, etc. In this way, the same person can apply for various cards (for example, a parent who requests it for himself and his children), of which he will be an administrative holder, but will only be the beneficiary of his own.

  • All new cards requested in the Early Purchase period (before November 16, 2020) will be sent home.
  • In season, you can choose   to have it sent to your home address (you must check that option in the registration process, and make the purchase at least 10 working days prior to the use of the ski pass).
  • Or you can pick it up at the General Lockers.

For withdrawal, you must present the ID. The cards of minors will be collected with the ID of the parent or guardian who has requested it and it will be this person, on legal representation of the minor, who assumes responsibility for the use of the same.

There may be several cases:

Cards obsolete for technical reasons

The cardholder undertakes to guard and use it, being replaced by Cetursa Sierra Nevada in case of malfunction or breakage after three years from the date of printing of the same. In this case, you must proceed as follows:

  • Log in with your username and password to your account profile. Make a purchase as you normally have. Remember that you must recharge 24 hours before your arrival, as we need to reprint a new card.
  • When you arrive in Sierra Nevada with your ID and membership number, pick it up by the Customer Service Office.

Card damaged, lost, stolen or misplaced

In either case, it has a cost of 10 euros, and invalidates any previous card associated with it:

  • Log in with your username and password and request the reprinting of the card; in that process you will pay the amount.
  • We will send you an email informing you that the card is already reprinted. From that moment on you can make the purchase.
  • Pick up your card at the Customer Service office (Edificio Cetursa, Plaza de Pradollano, next to the Al-Andalus Gondola). You'll need to identify yourself by showing your ID and membership number.

Forgotten Season ski pass at home:

Those who have purchased a seasonal Ski Pass and forget their Membership Card at home will be provided with a complimentary Ski Pass at the Customer Service Office at the price of 7o/day. During the days of use of such complimentary Ski Pass, the Seasonal Ski Pass will remain blocked.
