If you belong to the university community you can now re-activate your El Subidon card and benefit from special prices this season. To enjoy El Subidon again it is mandatory that you follow the registration procedure in the promotion:

FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

- You must provide ID, full current registration sealed .pdf and with the barcode of the mechanization of the payment in the bank.

- If you do not have the machined copy, you will need to provide a letter of payment from the bank or payment receipt.

- If you are a Scholarship you will have to contribute the Scholarship Application .pdf with digital signature of the administration.

- The High is valid for Undergraduate or Graduate University Students at Universities associated with CRUE and the USA.

What is Snow Up (El Subidón)?

The Subidón is a promotion aimed at the university community. If you belong to it, you will be able to benefit from the offer this season. You must follow the procedure for registering for the promotion and, in the case of renewal, upload the documentation mentioned below.

The El Subidón promotion is valid for all undergraduate and postgraduate students at universities associated to the CRUE and the EUA. From these links you can locate your university to allow you to access the Promotion:

How do I register?

Create your own forfait card "El Subidón", which must be identified with your photo.

If you do not have or have not yet personalised your Sierra Nevada Club card, now is the time to do so. Remember that it is a personal and non-transferable card, on which your details appear (name and surname, user number, photograph...).

Access your user account https://centrocomercio.sierranevada.es/Auth/Login , log in, or create an account if you do not have one yet, and very important, upload your photograph, adjusting to these parameters:

Close-up, passport-style photo (without sunglasses/skiing goggles or hat).
Format .jpg or .gif
Size: 4 cm high x 3 cm wide or 180 pixels high x 140 pixels wide.

Option A: You will then top up/purchase online the El Subidón Promotion product of your choice.

Once you have completed the online recharge/purchase (you will receive a copy of your purchase order by email), if you already have your Sierra Nevada Club user card, the product has been recharged on your card, and on your arrival in Sierra Nevada, you go directly to ski, access the lifts/slopes with your Sierra Nevada Club user card (ski pass), and enjoy your chosen El Subidón promotion.

Option B: You have completed your purchase and do not have your personalised Sierra Nevada Club user card.

It is compulsory to make the purchase online if you do not yet have your Sierra Nevada Club user card, at least 48 hours before the day of the first ski service.

If you do not yet have your Sierra Nevada Club user card (ski pass), at the end of your online purchase, you will receive a copy of your purchase order, with your locator/purchase order/user number and QR, so that on your arrival at Sierra Nevada, and at any of the vending machines/cash machines available in the Pradollano resort, or at the Ticket Offices (identifying yourself in person with your ID) you can collect your Sierra Nevada Club User Card, loaded with the product of the chosen El Subidon Promotion.

If the new Sierra Nevada Club user card is picked up by someone other than the cardholder, you must provide an authorisation signed by the cardholder and a photocopy of your ID card, authorising you to pick up the ski pass/user card for the El Subidón promotion.

How to reactivate the El Subidón promotion?

For university students. You must attach online:
- ID card on both sides.
- Current year/year university registration. 21-22, stamped and with the barcode of the bank payment.
- Receipt of payment stamped by the bank, in the event that the university registration is not stamped with the barcode of the bank payment.
- If you are a scholarship holder, in addition to the DNI, you will have to provide the Scholarship Application in .pdf with digital signature of the administration.

For PAS staff (Administration and Services Staff of the University) or University TEACHERS. You must attach online:
- ID card on both sides.
- Header of the last payslip in .pdf, stamped and with the data certified by the University.

To attach the documentation through your user account, you must access through the "button": "ACCESS TO PROMOTION".

Once all the documentation is attached, it will be reviewed and you will receive an email informing you whether or not it has been accepted by Sierra Nevada (*To do so, the company is authorised to carry out the appropriate checks).

Access to the promotion implies the veracity of the data and documentation provided, for which the beneficiary is responsible (see general conditions).

What to do in case of APPROVAL or REFUSAL of the El Subidón promotion?

If you meet all the requirements of the promotion, the promotion will be activated in your user profile and you will be able to continue with the purchase or top-up of the El Subidón promotion.

If you do not meet all the requirements, you will receive an email with explanations on how to attach or complete the correct or necessary documentation.

Where do I pick up the card?

If you have a valid card, the recharge will be made on your forfait card. You can check the serial number of your card in your user profile.

If you are a new user, you can collect your card/forfait, after identifying yourself with your ID, at the General Ticket Offices or at the vending machines/cash dispensers, located in the Urbanización de Pradollano - Sierra Nevada.

How far in advance should I buy?

If this is your first purchase/refill of the El Subidón promotion and you do not yet have a Sierra Nevada Club user card, you must make the online purchase at least 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE, before the first day of the service, so that the system can register your new registration, validate all the documentation provided, inform you that the process is OK and print your Sierra Nevada Club ski pass/user card. Once this minimum preparation and online purchase time has passed, on your arrival at Sierra Nevada, with a copy of your purchase order and your ID card, you can collect your card at the ticket offices or at the cash machines/ATMs in the Pradollano resort.

The following online recharges/purchases of this El Subidón Promotion and as you already have your Sierra Nevada Club ski pass/card, you only need to make the recharge/purchase directly online on the spot, even minutes before going to the slopes, as you now have your Sierra Nevada Club ski pass/card. It's that simple!

What should I do if I forget or lose my Sierra Nevada club user card (ski pass)?

You can only request a reprint "in situ", due to breakage or loss of the card, during the skiing day, by going to the User Service Centre (CAU), to request a reprint of the card. The reprint service costs €10.

If you forget your Sierra Nevada Club ski pass/user card, you will have to buy the day ski pass directly at the cash machines in the Pradollano resort, without any promotion or discount, but at the price of the day of purchase.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Exclusive promotion for the beneficiaries described in the El Subidon Promotion, who have been previously approved online, the necessary documentation for the current winter season. Every ski season, before recharging/purchasing the promotion, the beneficiary must update and upload/add the updated documentation.

Access to the promotion implies the veracity of the data and documentation provided, for which the beneficiary is responsible (see general conditions). The untruthfulness of the data and the falsity of the documentation, directly implies not accessing the promotion for its purchase, and if you are registered from previous years, you may be blocked from this promotion without the option to purchase with discount.

Registration implies Knowledge and Acceptance of the General and Particular Conditions and Rules of Use and registration as a Sierra Nevada Club Holder.

The data and documentation provided voluntarily will be included in an automated file for which Cetursa Sierra Nevada SA is responsible in order to inform you of new products, promotions and commercial actions that are organised and to manage the bookings, products and services contracted. You may exercise your right to oppose, rectify, cancel and/or access the data by any means of communication with our company.

 

RETURN POLICY OF THE PROMOTION

The "Long Expert 5 days" product is exempt from reimbursement or total or partial refund as it is a free use product. It is valid to be used exclusively in the current season for which it was purchased, and its validity cannot be extended to the following seasons.

The beneficiaries of the "Expert 2 days" promotion, FF for 2 consecutive days, may request a refund "to the wallet" if they have not used any of the two days, before the start date of the service (1st day of skiing), by requesting it through their user account profile. In the event of using only one of the days, remaining unused on a consecutive day, the product will not be reimbursed, and the user will lose the unused consecutive ski pass day.

If for reasons of "No Opening" it has not been possible to use any of the two days of the "Expert 2 days" promotion, the wallet will be credited with the amount corresponding to the arithmetic average of the number of days purchased and not used solely and exclusively due to "No Opening" of the Resort.
