If you haven't received your card yet when you come to Sierra Nevada, head with your purchase ticket and ID to Customer Service (under the Cetursa building) where they will provide you with a card with the purchase recharged. The un received card will be cancelled.

Yes. You will have to make your purchase online of the chosen day and with the code that will generate the process, you can remove your ski pass in the automatic dispensers of the Plaza de Andalucía. This card is for single use only and cannot be recharged again
Season, Long Duration ski pass holders or those who did not consume all their ski days for the early closure of last season are guaranteed access in all cases. The available capacity will be updated on the web that has been enabled for this purpose where a color bar (from green to red) shows approximately the ski passes available for each day
Because that day they will start selling ski passes on the new sales platform. As soon as it is operational those days will be activated for purchase.
A web tool has been enabled so that - by entering the membership number - you can check the days you stopped using last season for early closing. Note: Only unused days of the 19/20 season will appear, not those that have been recharged for this season.
