Cetursa Sierra Nevada has decided that the days not consumed this season can be used during the next 2020-21 campaign, even though the Long Duration passes (10, 15, 20 or 25 days) are exempt from return and are collected in the general conditions of purchase of the ski passes.

In the coming months you will receive on your Sierra Nevada Club card a recharge of the ski days that you had not yet consumed this season, to use it any day of the next season.

Cetursa Sierra Nevada will analyze the situation of the season ski pass holders with the same objective: to compensate in the 20/21 campaign in the renewal of its ski pass the early closure of the current season.

Cetursa Sierra Nevada has decided that the days not consumed this season can be used during the next 2020-21 campaign, even though the Long Duration passes (10, 15, 20 or 25 days) are exempt from return and are collected in the general conditions of purchase of the ski passes.

In the coming months you will receive on your Sierra Nevada Club card a recharge of the ski days that you had not yet consumed this season, to use it any day of the next season.

If you purchased a ski pass to come to the Sierra Nevada from March 14, you can opt for the redemption for any other day of the upcoming 2020-21 season (regardless of whether you purchased at T. Alta or Baja rate), or for your financial refund.

If you purchased a ski pass through your group's special promotion, and you have not been able to use it for the early closing of the season, inthe next few months you will receive on your Sierra Nevada Club card a recharge of the ski days that you had not yet consumed this season, to use them any day of the next season 2020-2021.  

 

If you purchased any code in any special promotion type The High, Snowfriday, or you've won it in some trademark action, and you haven't been able to use it for the early season closing, quiet, you won't lose it. Although the special conditions of these promotions reflected that they were 'non-refundable and redeemable' products, Cetursa Sierra Nevada will send you a refill to your Sierra Nevada Club card in the coming months, so you can enjoy it during the upcoming 2020-21 season.

If you made a parking reservation or ski storage lockers and have not been able to use it, you can save it for the next season 2020-21, in the same conditions as ski passes. You can also request a refund of the amount of services not provided

And if you purchased a seasonal pass for any of these services, we are studying the formula to compensate you for the early closure of the station.

If you made a ski or snowboard equipment rental reservation and have not been able to use it, you can request a refund of the amount of this service through the form in this link: www.sierranevada.es/clientes

And if you purchased a long-term rental service and still have days left, you can request the redemption of the days you have left to enjoy this service throughout the 2020-2021 season.

In the event that the rental has it for the entire 2019-20 season, we are studying the formula to compensate you for the anticipated closure of the season.
