RESCUE OF INJURED PEOPLE OFF THE SLOPES and CLOSED SLOPES (price per hour or fraction) and ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE NOT INJURED

1. Pistero/lifeguard: €120/h (€150/h outside operating hours)
2. Snowmobile with driver: 220 € / h
3. Track grooming machine with driver: 300 € / h
4. Motorcycle pick-up within open tracks for people NOT injured: 35 € / unit rate per person.
5. Dangerous rescue or outside the ski area: plus of €350 per person rescued if the rescue takes place without the assistance of a machine on the slopes. If a machine is needed, it will be increased by the price/hour or fraction of the rate of the machine with driver)

Prices 21% VAT included.

Slope area: includes the set of slopes, prepared and possibly conditioned routes, reserved for practices authorised by the ski resort.

Closed slope: access to the ski area is prohibited after the closure of slopes. It is usually closed due to slope conditioning, due to greater than normal danger for users or closure authorised for specific sports and leisure activities. The signs closing the slope or warning of danger must be respected by users , the resort is not responsible for non-compliance.

Off-piste: unprepared and unmarked areas located between slopes or around the prepared skiable area; area not marked or protected from the dangers of the mountain. It is an area, not supervised by the ski resort, even if it is within its skiable domain, the resort is not responsible for any off-piste incident, the responsibility lies with the person who accesses, whatever their sports practice.

Payment of the invoice: In the event that these services are not paid at the end of the redemption, it will lead to the withdrawal, cancellation and electronic cancellation of the ski pass or ticket and the cancellation of the rights and services acquired, not being entitled to any refund or compensation, the fact being communicated to the competent authority, until the payment of the invoice.

Runway service

The Slope Service coordinates actions related to safety, assistance and information to users in the Sierra Nevada ski area. Located in the Borreguiles Control Tower, in the interior gallery of the Borreguiles gondola lift.
