Space where you will find the general ticket offices, customer service and ATMs.
User Service Center
The CAU or User Service Centre is a space where all the services related to the resort's customer service are located.
It has customer service windows and ticket offices for the sale of ski passes, ATMs where you can buy and collect your ski passes previously purchased online, as well as offices for the resort's commercial services and access control.
It is located in the Plaza de Andalucía.

- Ticket offices / ATMs : 08:00 hours - 17:00 hours (16:45h. last customer service)
- Customer Service: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (4:45 p.m. last customer service)
- Reservation Center: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. agencia@sierranevadaclub.es
- Call Center: from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 958 70 80 90 (Option 2)
ATMs in the Plaza de Andalucía underground car park: 24 hours
