It is a large building with a completely renovated décor and concept, located between the upper stations of the Al-Ándalus and Borreguiles cable cars, next to the beginners' area.
The Borreguiles restaurant, the largest in the ski area, has completely renovated its interior and the terrace has changed its design, furniture and concept. It is now a gastronomic space that fuses cultures in a casual and modern setting, where you can enjoy Mediterranean, international, Mexican, Japanese and Hawaiian cuisine, among others.
The interior is a large gastronomic plaza where franchises such as Mahalo Poké (savoury and sweet Hawaiian pokes, juices), Ole Mole (Mexican street food), and VIPS Smart (burgers, sandwiches, smoothies) will coexist, arranged around the Central Grill, which offers authentic, tasty and well-prepared Mediterranean food.
On the upper floor is the Alcazaba restaurant, with a separate entrance via the side staircase. This establishment offers a spectacular tasting menu and a carefully selected menu of charcoal-grilled meats.
Outside the building, next to the entrance, is the Central Bar, a small kiosk serving hot and cold drinks and snacks.
