  • Sierra Nevada will experience this season a new - and very deep - renovation of its gastronomic offer

If the previous campaign was the turn of Loma de Dílar (with the opening of Domino's Pizza at the bottom station of the Monachil chairlift), now is Borreguiles' time.

Thus, the restaurant area of Borreguiles changes its concept, becoming a gastronomic space merging cultures in a casual and modern environment where you can taste Mediterranean, international, Mexican, Japanese, Hawaiian food...

The Borreguiles Restaurant, the largest capacity in the track area, is completely renovated. It changes the distribution of spaces, the design, furniture and, above all, the concept. The interior will become a large gastronomic square where you will live:

- Mahalo Poké (salty and sweet Hawaiian pokes, juices).
- Ole Mole (Mexican street food).
- VIPS Smart (burgers, sandwiches, smoothies).
- Central Grill, with grilled meats as a specialty.

Upstairs, the Restaurant Alcazaba(Borreguiles), renovates and expands its spaces to reach 150 seats, will complete the glazed closure of the terrace and premiere independent access from outside the property. It is no longer necessary to access its select gastronomic offer from inside the Borreguiles building.

The Borreguiles area incorporates a select new establishment: El Torreón Terraza Premium, just above the station's Control Tower. The Torreón Premium will offer an exclusive service served at the table. The specialty will be gourmet burgers, salads or freshly prepared Japanese food.
