Discover the moon of Sierra Nevada

This activity will consist of an interpretation of the night sky and an astronomical observation using a large portable telescope guided by an astronomer from the Azimuth team, to be carried out in the surroundings of the Paraje de Fuente Alta (near Pradollano).
Get close to the Moon from the spectacular sky of the Sierra Nevada! The Moon is probably the most spectacular object that can be observed through a telescope. Accompanied by one of the astrónom@s of the Azimuth team,
We want you to observe its ancient lava-flooded plains, impact craters hundreds of kilometers in diameter with walls rising thousands of meters, or even the remains of ancient volcanic tubes. All this enlivened with the interesting science and planetary knowledge that we have obtained from the study of our natural satellite.
