The ideal trail for everyone and the most accessible way to connect with the high mountains. A complete package that includes the ski lift access ticket and a 100% downhill guided route, perfect for enjoying the nature of the Sierra Nevada without great effort.
From the upper station of the Veleta chairlift, the route begins downhill towards the Laguna de las Yeguas, with an average gradient of 11%.
During the tour you will enjoy spectacular views of the valley of the Dílar River, delimited by:
- Collado de Capileira (3,200 m)
- Tajos de la Virgen (3,242 m)
- Tozal del Cartujo (3,143 m)
You will also pass by the Lagunillos de la Virgen, small glacial lagoons that give rise to the Dílar River.
The journey ends with a stop at Laguna de las Yeguas, a lagoon of glacial origin with a capacity of 330,000 m³, expanded in the 70s.
The return is made on foot from the lagoon to the cable car, to descend to Pradollano.
