This activity will consist of an interpretation of the night sky and an astronomical observation using a large portable telescope guided by an astronomer from the Azimuth team, to be carried out in the surroundings of the Paraje de Fuente Alta (near Pradollano).

Do you want to get closer to the cosmos with an astronomer from Sierra Nevada? Accompanied by one of the astrónom@s of the Azimuth team, and from the spectacular spot of Fuente Alta in the vicinity of Pradollano, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the starry sky of Sierra Nevada, and observe through the latest technology in large portable telescopes, stars that hide secrets that you do not expect, see other galaxies in our local universe, and if possible, even such spectacular planets Saturn! We are waiting for you.

IMPORTANT:

This visit takes place in a high mountain environment above 2,500 m a.s.l., and is therefore not recommended for people with heart or respiratory system problems as well as for the elderly.
During the activity, at all times you must be accompanied by the authorized guide.

It is essential to come with enough warm clothes as well as appropriate footwear.
